Returns & Refunds

Each item is made after you order. Please check the product details and size information before purchasing. If you have a question, contact support@theexclusivefew.com.

Damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect items
If something is wrong with your order, email support@theexclusivefew.com as soon as possible, preferably within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the item and the problem. Include the size label or packaging when relevant.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement at no additional cost or an appropriate refund for a confirmed defect, printing error or incorrect item. Please keep the item until we have reviewed your request. Do not send it back without instructions; a physical return is generally unnecessary for these issues.

Sizing and changes of mind
Except where applicable law gives you a right to return or cancel, we do not offer returns or exchanges because you changed your mind or selected the wrong size or color. If we send a size or color different from your order, or the item is defective, contact us under the process above.

Missing deliveries
If your order has not arrived, contact support@theexclusivefew.com promptly with your order number and shipping details, preferably within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and explain the next steps. If an incorrect address was supplied, additional shipping charges may apply; we will confirm any charge before arranging another shipment.

Refunds
We will notify you of the resolution by email. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the funds.

Your consumer rights
This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable consumer law, including rights relating to faulty or incorrectly described goods and any applicable cancellation or withdrawal rights. Our request for prompt reporting does not shorten a legally required claim period. Contact us to exercise these rights.
